Divide

When the Divide command is selected in the Parametric Frame Builder Action list box, the settings group for that command displays directly to the right of the Action list box.

The Divide command manages settings to divide a frame using mullions.

Setting	Description
Divide command settings group	The following settings are available when the Divide command is selected. ID — Enter the ID number of the pane being divided. From — Select the starting position of the divide: Top; Bottom; Left; or Right. Fraction — The frame is divided in equal divisions, by the fraction value entered in the adjacent fields, starting with the side that is set in the From option menu. Distance — The frame is divided in equal distances, by the fixed distance entered in the adjacent field, starting with the side that is set in the From option menu. Repeat — Divide the pane repeatedly by the value in the adjacent field when on. Fraction – The frame is divided in the number of fractions specified by the repeat factor. Distance – The frame is divided in the number of fractions equal to the specified repeat factor. If the distance to repeat is greater than the distance to divide, the frame is divided by the maximum possible divisions. No Posts — Divide the pane without providing mullions when on. Fill — Divide the glass (specified by the adjacent check box settings) and fill the panes with frame material when on.
